Workshop Guidelines and Terms
This online educational workshop is intended for adults only and participation is limited to individuals aged 18 years and older.
The online workshop is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a replacement for therapy or professional treatment. We do not diagnose or recommend any specific treatment.
As part of the online workshop, we may provide informational resources and references to community or other relevant contacts. However, any information provided is based on our training and experience, and we cannot be held responsible for any misinterpretation or actions taken based on this information.
The online workshop is conducted by licensed professionals who are knowledgeable and experienced in the subject matter being presented.
Participants are encouraged to ask questions and engage in discussions during the online workshop. A dedicated section will be provided for questions and discussions to enhance the learning experience.
A respectful learning environment is of utmost importance. Any misconduct, including but not limited to disrespectful behavior towards fellow participants or workshop facilitators, may result in the participant being asked to leave the online workshop.
Confidentiality and Equality
We respect the confidentiality of current patients and their families. If you are a current patient or family member of a patient, we advise you to use discretion when participating in this online workshop, as disclosure of your relationship with our organization is at your own risk. We cannot guarantee confidentiality in an online educational workshop setting where other participants may be present.
We promote a culture of zero discrimination based on gender, race, or any other factor. Participants are expected to treat each other with dignity, respect, and fairness. Discriminatory language or behavior based on gender, race, or any protected characteristic is not tolerated. We are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment that recognizes diverse gender identities and expressions, including LGBTQ+ individuals. Participants are encouraged to respect each other's preferred pronouns and avoid making assumptions based on gender identity or sexual orientation. Non-compliance with these guidelines may result in the participant being asked to leave the online workshop.
Refund Policy
There will be no refunds unless there is an emergency or death. Please carefully consider your commitment to attending the online workshop before registering.
Recording Policy
Participants are strictly prohibited from recording any part of the online workshop, whether audio, video, or photography, without express permission from the workshop facilitators.
We reserve the right to record online workshop sessions for promotional or educational purposes. By participating in the online workshop, you grant us the right to use any photographs, recordings, or testimonials featuring you for these purposes.
Liability
Each participant acknowledges that they will be interacting with other participants in an online setting, and therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any injury, harm, damages, or any other consequences that may occur as a result of these interactions, including but not limited to data breaches, identity theft, or other cybersecurity issues.

Participant Signature
I have read and understood the terms and guidelines outlined in this Online Educational Workshop Participant Agreement. I agree to comply with these terms and guidelines and release the workshop facilitators from any liability arising from my participation.
